When will my order ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking info.

Can I cancel or modify my oder after it has been placed?

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, email us as soon as possible at with all details and we will do our best to adjust your order before it ships.

Can I get a refund for merchandise purchased? 

All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason except in instances of manufacture defect. In such cases, please have your order number and email!

Do I have to pay for a return? 

All return shipments will have a $5 fee.   

I have a gift card - can I use it for online ordering? 

If you have a Shopify gift card from a previous return, you can enter the information at checkout and it will be applied to your purchase. 

Can you accommodate an overseas order?

Not at this time but check back in the future!
